Established in 1971 as Hose Headquarters Limited, TriHQ has evolved into a total solution for motion and control technology products. TriHQ delivers in three core areas of business: Fluid Power Services, Hose Headquarters and Parker Store. They achieved ISO 9001 certification in 2008 and operate out of a 14,000 square foot location in London Ontario today.

Once coming on board with eShipper, TriHQ have embraced the technology and are very active users of the platform. TriHQ has several shippers who are trained on eShipper and can all utilize the platform at different times without losing control of the process. They have been able to lower their rates and ensure that everyone is booking all small parcel and LTL in one centralized location. The Multiple Quotes and Multiple Carriers option has allowed TriHQ to choose and compare the largest national carriers all on one page with the ability to view pre-negotiated rates with each carrier as well as shipping times and methods. eShipper’s Consolidated Invoice function has allowed TriHQ to keep track of payments.
The Results
TriHQ was able to gain control and organization of their shipping process through eShipper, which also allowed them the freedom of choice between carriers, rates, and shipping methods. After signing up with eShipper and integrating with the platform’s technology, TriHQ was able to save 20% on LTL shipments.
